According to the union's vice-president Prashant Maxelkar, the bank has failed to pay the annual increment since April 2015 and has also withheld the dearness allowance for the employees since February 2016. "After the hearing on August 11 and if there is no solution, we will go on strike. First, we will have a dharna. Then let's see if they call us for discussion," Maxelkar said.
