Canada : Saskatoon Transit labour talks stall after strike deadline passes
Talks have apparently stalled between Saskatoon Transit workers and the City of Saskatoon.

While the ATU and City had both said progress was made on Sunday, it apparently wasn't enough to continue discussions.
Jim Yakubowski, president of the transit union, said the intention wouldn't be to start with full removal of service.
In its notice to the city, the union said strike action could include anything from slowdowns to overtime bans, not wearing uniforms, rotating strikes or a complete work stoppage.
